International Charity Foundation “Nightbird” was established in 2023 with the aim of spreading awareness in the global community about the situation in Ukraine caused by the invasion of its sovereign territory by the russian federation, as well as collecting funds, military equipment, medicines and humanitarian aid to support the Ukrainian army and people fighting for independence and territorial integrity of our country.
We manage our own logistics network throughout Ukraine, which allows us to quickly deliver the necessary assistance from point to point.

On February 24, 2022, the Russian Federation launched a full-scale invasion of the territory of Ukraine, which led to heavy losses not only among the Ukrainian armed forces and the civilian population, but also targeted attacks on infrastructure facilities, residential areas, etc. With this in mind, the “Nightbird” aims to attract all possible national and international support, including humanitarian.

Within the framework of the current Memorandum with the Main Directorate of Military Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, the International Charitable Foundation “NightBird” provides direct support, purchase and organization of international deliveries of humanitarian and military cargo to meet the needs of the Military Intelligence Units of Ukraine, which valiantly defend the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine.
